THE FAKE BIRKIN REMAINS in OUR POSSESSION
YES, The Haley's Birkin is STILL WITH US. Because we CANNOT get confirmation from HALEY'S COUTURE that they will refund us the money. We had even OFFERED to PAY FOR ESCROW SERVICES for their refund, so that the escrow.com company knows that the birkin gets received. We have also offered to send the bag via FEDEX WITH TRACKING NUMBER to ensure that the bag won't get lost.
What was HALEY'S COUTURE response?
NOTHING. NO EMAIL. NO MORE REPLY.
We have spent OVER US$450 on LONG DISTANCE BILLS just to end up talking to their offsite CUSTOMER SERVICE HOTLINE.

As for KNOWYOURSELLER.BLOGSPOT.COM , they ask for donations to sustain their operations. You do realize you have to PAY to pull out public records from archives. And they had paid for OURS because they were sympathetic to the cause!
THE BAG IS STILL WITH US IN THE CONDITION IT HAD ARRIVED. We received word from a government agency already about the fraudulent activities of HALEY'S. And we are going to hold on to the bag until we are given the go ahead signal to send the very same bag to IC3 (yes, the government agency handling this).
We are NOT STUPID. Why would we send the bag back to HALEY'S COUTURE if they DO NOT EVEN AGREE TO ESCROW. Worse, WHY would we send the bag to them if they have CEASED COMMUNICATION WITH US?
It would not be prudent on our part. And NO, the bag is NOT BEING USED, it is in our custody and we DO NOT TOLERATE USE OF FAKES!!!
Why do you think we would make such a case out of this, if we were just not satisfied? We each have our own lives to live and we don't let this problem revolve around our lives, but pray tell, this is A SERIOUS MATTER! WHY would waste time and even bother to contact GOVERNMENT agencies with this problem if in the end, it would result in nowhere? This is by no means, an indication that a deal went sour. Whoever left that comment on this blog about that thought, is really laughable. But if you were on THIS END, you WOULD NOT BE LAUGHING.
